rbajee2 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as the legal agreement between the rbajee2 platform and its users ("Members"). All services provided through the rbajee2club.cam website and its applications are governed by these Terms.

By accessing the site, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the service.

rbajee2 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A copy of the National ID (NID) or passport may be requested for withdrawal requests or in cases of suspicious activity. If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are a resident of Bangladesh. If any member creates an account by providing a false age, that account and all associated transactions will be cancelled immediately.

• Minimum age: 21 years (in accordance with Bangladeshi law and policy).
• The applicant must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• If proof of age is requested at any time, it must be provided immediately.
• rbajee2 is committed to protecting minors and any violation of this rule is treated seriously.

All financial transactions on rbajee2 are processed through mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Currently supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (by any method).
• Funds deposited must come from the member's own mobile banking account.
• Funds deposited through a third party are not accepted and may result in account cancellation.
• Keep the transaction reference number — it may be needed for verification later.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number registered on the account.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• If unusual activity is suspected, a withdrawal may be temporarily suspended for review.

rbajee2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to members. Each offer has its own terms, which must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn or used.

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To become eligible to withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, your balance will be ৳2,000, and you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 to qualify for withdrawal.

• A bonus may only be claimed once per promotion (unless otherwise stated).
• Bonuses may not be transferred to a third party.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• In case of any irregularity related to a bonus, rbajee2 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

The rbajee2 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier earns weekly cashback, which is a portion of the net loss for that week. Example: A Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback.

All betting and gaming activities on rbajee2 are conducted under fair and transparent rules. Any member found using fraud or manipulation will face strict action.

• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods is strictly prohibited.
• Placing opposing bets or arbitrage for the purpose of bonus abuse is prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to gain an advantage is prohibited.
• Exploiting technical errors in games is prohibited — any winnings from such incidents will be considered void.
• Accessing another member's account or hacking is strictly prohibited.

In the event of a technical error, unusual transaction, or suspicion of fraud, rbajee2 reserves the right to void any bet or game round and to refund or forfeit the related funds. This decision is final.

In sports betting, odds and markets may change before a match starts. Once a bet is confirmed, a change in odds will not affect the bet. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be refunded.

rbajee2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account if that member violates any provision of these Terms.

• Failure to complete the identity verification process.
• Evidence of creating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or manipulation.
• Registration with false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

Any member may close their account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email. Please withdraw all valid balance before closing your account.

rbajee2 makes every effort to provide services through its platform. However, in certain circumstances, the platform's liability will be limited.

• rbajee2 is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party technical issues.
• If the service is unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks), no liability will be accepted for losses during that time.
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or breach of terms are the member's responsibility.
• Game results are determined by third-party software — rbajee2 does not directly control outcomes.
